I hope that everyone is safe and warm with the recent snowy and icy weather that the Pacific Northwest had last week! It was not bad where I live and the snow is pretty much all melted now.
I have another birthday card to share today. This is Karen Lockhart's Garden Roses stamp. I love this basket of roses. This is another image where you can use it for various occasions. I used October Afternoon's Sidewalks 8x8 paper pad. I thought the yellow roses matched this patterned paper perfectly. I die cut the bottom of the patterned paper with one of Dave's border dies called Pearl Lace Border Die. I put some May Arts Lace Ribbon and twine above the scallop border. The border die does leave a little line from going through the die cut machine and I wanted to cover that up plus it adds more to the card. I used thin cork for the butterflies from the Butterfly Delights die.
The above photo shows the inside of the card with the sentiment of Happy Birthday. I used PTI's Rickrack Border die for the piece that I taped at the top.
Have a good week and I will be back on Friday. Thanks for stopping by!
